Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
📦 How to Start a Stock Rebalance
- Eligible Items - All items must be clean, salable, and with original tags & packaging. Items with retail price stickers or missing original packaging will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. Yes, retired items are accepted!
- Contact Us – Email info@raincaper.com with your order # and a list of eligible items. We'll provide return instructions & address.

Ship Your Return – Pack securely and return via your preferred carrier.
- Credit Memo – We’ll receive, your return, check the condition, and issue you a Credit Memo for the price on original invoice. Credit Memos may be used on direct orders. Faire does not have a way to use a RainCaper CM on a Faire order. However, please contact us before ordering, and we can add products and apply your CM manually.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
